Refund policy

At BODY CLEAN BY FLORENCE, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

RETURNS

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • The product must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare products.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
